Internet Sales Policy
Aerobics Inc. does not recommend the purchase of PaceMaster, or any other treadmill, via the Internet unless the seller is a local authorized dealer. Purchasing a PaceMaster treadmill from a dealer that is local and authorized is the only way for you to be assured of high quality customer care. Your local PaceMaster dealer can assist you in making the best possible buying decision and provide fitness expertise as well as instruction in proper use and care of your treadmill.
PaceMaster treadmills (and other brands) are sometimes offered on the Internet via non-authorized sources. These "Grey Market" sources offer bargain prices to attract you then ship from hundreds or even thousands of miles away. While it is nice to save money, these sources will not set up your treadmill or provide service if the need arises. It is the selling dealer's responsibility to service your treadmill. A non-authorized source (including authorized PaceMaster retailers selling outside of their local delivery area) will not be able to provide service or customer care. Local authorized PaceMaster retailers are obligated to perform warranty work only on units they sell. Bottom-line, purchase treadmills only from a local, authorized source. It is the only way to protect your investment.
